I've uploaded SIP v2.0.1 which fixes the problem with versions of Qt before v2.2.0. It's a configuration problem only - you don't need it if you've managed to compile SIP. It will probably take a while for the web site links to update, so you can get it directly from http://www.river-bank.demon.co.uk/software/sip-2.0.1.tar.gz.
