[PyKDE] DLL load failed.

[Per Gummedal]

In win95 I get this error:
import libqtc
Import Error: DLL load failed: One of the library files needed to run
this application cannot be found.

In win98 and win2000 I don't have this problem.

Does anybody know what dll's that could be missing,
or what dll's that libqtc requires.
