You can get Mandrake src.rpm's from http://gerard.vermeulen.fr
for 2.5pre1.
Those are built on Mandrake-7.2. The src.rpm's determine the installed
python version automagically during rebuilding.
They should work on Mandrake-8.0, provided that their libtool is
recent enough ;-)
