Completed the support for namespaces and nested classes.
sipCallCtor() now handles namespaces.
Added the SIP_SIGNAL pseudo-type.
Replaced %Version and %PrimaryVersions with %PrimaryVersion, %SecondaryVersion
and %PrimaryOrder.
