%ConvertToTypeCode must now handle None objects.
sipConvertToCpp() now handles None objects.
Fixes to configure.ac.
The module name is now passed in at runtime rather than being hardcoded (thanks
to Andreas Gerstlauer).
Ownership is only transferred if it really has changed.
