Fixed QLayoutIterator.next().
configure now handles multi-threaded Qt.
Moved Canvas module classes to the new qtcanvas module.
Moved Network module classes to the new qtnetwork module.
Moved Table module classes to the new qttable module.
Moved XML module classes to the new qtxml module.
Added the QSound class.
