v3.2rc2 is available for download at
http://www.riverbankcomputing.co.uk/download/snapshots/.

The main differences between rc2 and rc1 is better MacOS support. I've
gone about as far as I can with this without being able to compile the
thing myself.

I'd *really* appreciate it if somebody using MacOS could write some
installation notes based on rc2 describing the additional stages needed
to build SIP and PyQt on that platform.

I expect that this will be the last release before v3.2 proper.
