SIP v3.5, PyQt v3.5 and QScintilla v0.3 have all been released and are
available at the usual place at http://www.riverbankcomputing.co.uk/

- merged with Scintilla v1.49

SIP v3.5 is a minor upgrade but is needed by PyQt v3.5.
