That implies that build.py is not detecting that it is Qt 3.1.2. A quick work around is to comment out that method in qdatetimeedit.sip. As Linux is the primary development platform, I tend to check Windows builds only when I'm close to releasing a new version. I'll check the Windows versions this weekend.
