I think you are right - the book chapter should have more than a passing reference to ToscaWidgets but it shouldn't document it in detail. A detailed HOWTO that the book can mention sounds ideal. The other thing to note is that all the FormEncode knowledge from the chapter would be relevant to developers wanting to use ToscaWidgets anyway so in a way the book's chapter can serve as background for the main HOWTO.
