 * milestone:  => 0.9.7


Comment:

 WebHelpers-literal-rails-functions.bundle moves the literal() to the
 return line of each helper rather than post-wrapping them in
 {{{__init__}}}.  However, 90 test fail, mainly because doctests need
 literal() added, but also because some functions maybe shouldn't be
 literalized.  Can somebody help work on that?
