Ben, a pregenerated PDF is needed.

I tried to build a PDF myself but I only got half the pages, errors
about missing "*.sty" files, and some literal layout code (TeX or ps?)
in the first few pages. The full book with API appendices is 650 pages
or so, so it'll take a lot of paper. Ben said, "Not printing two or
three versions of this will justify the price of an iPod." :) Although
I would prob'ly get a Kindle instead, due to its easier-to-read
screen.
