I believe this is left as an exercise for the reader (i.e., nobody wrote it yet!).
You've got a big head start though; webhelpers.rails.* has the building blocks, and api.rubyonrails.com has the recipes (you can view source for all methods right in the API docs, rdoc is quite nice in its output).
