I believe the Getting Started mentions that 'c' is available everywhere.

Yes, giving a "why" for what the purpose is and why its a good idea to 
use it would definitely help out people's understanding of it.

For some perhaps, there's quite a few other Pylons users not even using 
Myghty and I'm assuming they're using 'c' since its the only way to 
pass the variable into their templates.
