I was looking there first, and the components listed for filing tickets did not really fit with regard to Paste. The not-finding-things might be my fault, but I still feel a bit lost sometimes when it comes to identify which part of the Pylons conglomerate is responsible for which function (in particular since some have been tweaked a bit for Pylons). Talking about this, I found your previous post in "The missing 'big picture'" [1] very useful to clear up some of my questions.
