I've taken a look at it, looks pretty nice and I like the amount of docs. None of the draggable/sortable stuff worked right on my browser though, so I'm still inclined to include a package that completely works rather than one that is still having lots of browser bugs hammered out.
While Prototype/Scriptaculous might not be the best documented, they do seem to work remarkably well and reliably across every browser I've been on. The most likely other candidate for inclusion would be MochiKit as it has great docs and is reliable on all the major browsers as well. I'm not sure what an integration of jquery would be, do you mean having the WebHelpers package utilize jquery instead of Prototype?
