Could you elaborate on this? Knowing more about _why_ you expressed this requirement would help giving you better suggestions. Like for example, it has already been suggested *not* keeping the filename since it is not necessary if you only serve the files using the CMS. But of course, that does not work if you were planning to also access the files directly through the filesystem...
