http://pylonshq.com/project/pylonshq/wiki/PylonsContractors has a couple contractors listed. I imagine there must be more than just those two people that would be interested, though. Maybe they just aren't aware that there's a place to list themselves.
How about if everyone that's interested in Pylons contracting adds their names to the page above (or to the equivalent page on the new doc site). Other than that, I'm not really sure.
