My startup, whooshtraffic.com, uses Pyramid (the frontend is done in wordpress so my designer can make changes without consulting me, but the entire user/admin backend is written in Pyramid and runs on uwsgi+nginx).
We aren't "huge", just a small startup (4 employees total).
