Hi Laurent, I definitely remember having the same problem with Supervisor. I can't remember exactly what I changed at the moment, but It might have been this:
[supervisord] environment=LC_ALL='en_US.UTF-8',LANG='en_US.UTF-8' This is in my /etc/supervisor/supervisord.conf.
