GC Warning: Repeated allocation of very large block (appr. size

May lead to memory leak and poor performance.

This is a warning from libgcj'c garbage collector. libgcj is the java runtime library for gcj, gnu's java compiler.

There are a number of ways to tune the garbage collector which vary in various degrees of obscurity. I'd recommend to start by trawling the archives of the [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list (http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/java/).

If you don't find a message addressing your specific question there, post your question to that list. I've seen many such questions there answered by Hans Boehm, the author of the libgcj garbage collection module.

Let us know what you find !
