Hi everyone,

Just wanted to let you know that I have compiled Pylucene 2.1.0-2 for Python
2.5 on Win32 and made it availalbe at:

http://dev.krys.ca/downloads/PyLucene/PyLucene-2.1.0-2-py25-win32.zip

It has been tested on WIndows 2000 Pro and XP.

All the tests except 2 pass. These are the ones that fail, and the reason
that I have come up with for them.

 - testCategorization: Python cannot "float('nan')" on Windows. This is
platform-specific. I don't think this is a PyLucene error. This is
relevant, I think:

http://mail.python.org/pipermail/python-list/2006-May/381726.html

 - testTiming: Compound indexing time is a bit faster than multi-file indexing
time. I don't know if this is a big deal or not, but I suspect it is not.

The archive includes the output from my running the tests, including the above
errors.

Andi, feel free to link to it, if you want. I'll keep it there unless my
monthly bandwidth gets killed. :)

Hope this helps. Suggestions and criticism welcome.

Krys
