Hi, I would like to make an arbitrary surface (e.g. built up from triangles or squares) and visualise it together with my molecule. I have succeeded adapting one of the examples into displaying some triangles as compiled graphics objects. However, now commands like transparency do not apply to the objects. The menus do not let me change colors either.
I presume pymol doesn't regard these triangles as "surfaces". Is there any way to make compiled graphics object transparent? Or to create surfaces in another way than using cgo's? -- Groeten, David. ________________________________________________________________________ Dr. David van der Spoel, Biomedical center, Dept. of Biochemistry Husargatan 3, Box 576, 75123 Uppsala, Sweden phone: 46 18 471 4205 fax: 46 18 511 755 sp...@xray.bmc.uu.se sp...@gromacs.org http://zorn.bmc.uu.se/~spoel ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
