-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi, I'm using the color_b script to color a molecule using calculated hydrophobicity values which are placed in the B column of a pdb file.
Is there anyway that the resultant surface can be smoothed a little more? Maybe a finer mesh (Though I'm not a graphics expert!) Also it seems that the colors are a little abrupt - that is in a C-H bond, the H & C are distinct colors and over the length of the bond, the color gradient is not very continous - is there anyway to make a smoother gradient (in stick and/or surface mode)?
