Dharmendra,

Welcome to PyMOL.

Ctrl-middle click on an atom in a residue. This will create several
selections in the control panel. Among these will be "pkresi" which is
a selection corresponding to the entire residue. You can then apply
various operations to it using the associated menus on the "(pkresi)"
line, or your can use "pkresi" as a named selection in commands. If you
click on the "(pkresi)" button over and over again, little dots will
flash showing the atoms in that selection.

For example:

CTRL-Middle-click on any atom of any residue.

show sticks, pkresi
color yellow,pkresi

Good luck,
Warren

I have a PDB file.I am viewing it with Pymol.
What i want to do is when I click on an Atom the whole residue must be
