Denis, set mesh_radius, value
The default: PyMOL>get mesh_radius get: mesh_radius = 0.02500 So if the mesh is too thick, try set mesh_radius=0.01 If the mesh is too thin, try set mesh_radius, 0.05 then ray to see how it looks.
