There are a few commands that I've been using for which I can't seem to find a command line equivalent:
show/hide mainchain atoms show/hide sidechain atoms select atoms for 'dist' command (H-bond creation) I would appreciate some help for these. Scripting is wonderful but somewhat tricky without these commands.
