I'm having a hard time finding how to save my session running on a G4 Powerbook, using PyMOL v0.91. The command, File::Save, is grayed out, and there's no command File::Save Session as described in the Users Manual. Is there a trick, or a command line statement? By the way, is there a way to set a default working directory when PyMOL starts?
Sorry if these are FAQ's but I didn't find the answers anywhere.
Thanks,
Doug
