Hi,

I've been using pymol 0.90 on Mac OS X for some time and have in the past installed it using the ready made disk image. Now that I have cleaned up my x11 installation from past beta's and running the final 1.0 from Mac OS X 10.3 I was thinking if it is better for me to install pymol using fink. When I 'fink list pymol' it tells me pymol-0.86-13 is available. I don't really want to get into compiling pymol from binaries so I'm wondering if it is better to stick to the precompiled 0.90 from the disk image, or to install 0.86 using fink.

Any recommendations would be most helpful.

TIA,

Asam........
