Afternoon all.

I've been making images for publication of two structures. The one I've
coloured in green looks great on screen but when printed out in documents
there is no depth and all the helices merge into one. Is this a problem
with green or do I have a setting wrong?

The end of the pymol script is as follows:

set antialias = 1
set gamma = 1.5
set orthoscopic = 1
set bg_rbg=(1,1,1)
set depth_cue=0
set ray_trace_fog=0
deselect
ray 800,600

The background setting is white and the colour is just 'green'.

I open the .png file in Illustrator and save it in RBG format before
inserting it into Word. Printouts from both illustrator and word have the
same problem.

Basically, do I need to change the colour of my structure or is there
something wrong with my script?

Thanks in advance.
