I am new to Pymol scripting and I'm not very familiar with Python (but I am working on it ...), this is probably a very basic question. Sorry.

I am looking for a way to use 'color_by_restype' function which is defined in 'color_by_restype.py' file in my work directory. This function should be called, lets say, by 'test.py' which I'll lunch by typing 'pymol -c test.py' (I use pymol in command line mode).

Thanks for your help.
