Hi Kostas -

Look at the directory you're trying to save the image to - you probably 
don't have write permission to the /NEB directory.  Type 'cd ~/Desktop' 
in one or the other of the Pymol windows; now images will be saved to 
your desktop for the rest of that pymol session.  If you have a folder 
you'd rather put the images in, use that path name relative to your home 
directory, e.g. 'cd ~/Documents/pymol_images'
