Dear all,
I wonder whether it is possible to cut an object (e.g. a surface
representation of my protein) in a vertical plane as I would do using
slab. However, another object (e.g. my ligand) should not be affected by
this cut.
In the end, I would like to cut right through the substrate binding
pocket which has the shape of a pore and I would like to show how the
ligand contacts one side of this pore. The cut is necessary to remove
protein bits that would obscure the view.
Any ideas would be highly appreciated :-)
