Hi Warren, There was already a similar posting on 2004-9-20 regarding MacPymol crashing during raytracing. I'm experiencing the same problem. I'm running MacPymol on a G4 powerbook with MacOS 10.3.6. A few months ago, raytracing worked fine without any problems. Now, Pymol crashes even when raytracing simple movies (such as ribbons of a medium-size system) at different states/frames during saving a movie. Re-installing MacPymol didn't help.
