Subject: [PyMOL] moving the secondary structure element while sculpting
Hi,
Is it possible in molecular sculpting to move the secondary structure
element as a rigid body without influencing its internal structure
significantly ?

No. To move secondary structure, must move CA positions. However, you can
always edit a copy of the molecule and show the secondary structure on the
copy instead of perturbing the original.
Cheers,
