How can you visualize the electrostatic potential for a clipped object? I have a phi map (calculated using DelPhi) that I am projecting onto a surface using the APBS viewer. I would like to project the potential onto a solid slab of my molecule. The surface is hollow, so when I use the clipping function, I get a colored surface looking into a hollow shell. Is it possible to get a color for the 2D surface of the clipped moleucle?
