http://www.rubor.de/bioinf rtools is a PyMOL plugin that has - a click-box for frequently used commands - commands for easily making - plugins for some external programs such as DSSP, HBEXPLORE, PASS - connections to the PDB and Columba databases (the latter is just being published, therefore you might not have heard of it yet http://www.columba-db.de). - some other stuff There are two major changes to version 0.6 - better installation - better documentation As always, i'm curious about your comments, and probably, bug reports.
