Hi,
When I launch pymol (vers 0.97, OSX 10.3.8, Fink unstable tree in a
separate partition) the expected start window (black with menus on
the right) appears but the second grey window (ref to DeLano
Scientific Software) and the Tcl/Tk GUI window don't come , then
after a few seconds pymol crashes with a bus error message on the
terminal window.
Pymol is working perfectly in another computer with a similar
configuration but fink is installed on the OSX partition.
OpenGL-based graphics engine:
GL_VENDOR: ATI Technologies Inc.
GL_RENDERER: ATI Radeon 9000 OpenGL Engine
GL_VERSION: 1.3 ATI-1.3.42
Bus error
Any idea?
