[PyMOL] Generating a 3D Object in any position

Hi everybody,

I want to vizualize 3D-ellipsoids around molecules. Is there any built-in
PyMOL/Python method to do so? If not: how am I going to generate ellipsoids or
dots at any position (x,y,z) in the space?
