Hi all For some reason I am now having a strange problem when I use pymol to display molecules. It acts sort of like it is in slab mode where some of the molecule fades into nothingness. However, when I spin the molecule, the same regions remain invisible. If it were a true slab effect, the regions that I spin into the slab would become visible and the ones out would be invisible. I wouldn't worry about it and would just restart the program to eliminate the setting, but for some reason it seems to now be a default and happens no matter what I do. I think I'm just missing something really silly, but I can't catch it. Any ideas on how to restore normal function?
