Dear Pymol Users, I have a simple question. I am trying to define the secondary structure of different loaded structures, using the "alter" command. I could do it easily for the structures that have the same SS but my problem is not all the loaded molecules have the same SS so I should be able to select different molecules and define the SS for each individually. My question is: How can I do that? In summary: How can I select a molecule and define the SS for that molecule only without changing it for other molecules. I really greatly appreciate any help suggestion, Soheila
