Hi all. I am trying to find a way to load pdb files that do not follow the standard format. For example, I would like to have 2 characters for the chain identifier, larger residue serials, etc.
Does anyone know if this is possible? I apologise if similar question has been asked before, but I couldn't find such kind of topic in the email-archive.
