Hello,
I'm currently working on getting Pymol to run in stereo on a 3-screen projection setup (a cylindrical screen of roughly 7 meters wide), using Chromium to distribute OpenGL.

For this setup the scene size needs to be related to the dimensions of the real-life display. For example, in order to display a molecule/scene slightly in front of the screen means (in my case) to put it at roughly 3 meters distance from the viewer. The size of the molecule then needs to be adjusted for this position to give a comfortable viewing experience.

I found some settings that influence things like sphere size, but these all seem to build on an unknown internal conversion from chemical units to OpenGL coordinates. Is this mapping fixed? Is there a way to scale the size of the displayed scene? Actually what I'm looking for is a way to specify what dimensions the displayed scene needs to be.

Regards,
Paul
