Paul, The 0.99rc7 binaries represent a modest improvement over 0.99rc6, and contains mostly fixes. A subsequent 0.99rc8 release is anticipated in order to address some known bugs in 0.99rc7.
Significant improvements in functionality, including 1D sequence alignment visualization, hierachical group objects, and improved mutagenesis are currently undergoing testing in the 1.00 beta series. Precompiled 1.00 beta builds are available to subscribers, and the current open-source code may be accessed via SVN on SourceForge.
