I updated CEAlign. If you're using it, please upgrade; I think you'll like
the changes:
* Fixed a scoring bug in my implementation of CEAlign
* Cleaned up memory leaks
* Added "alignto" function for quick & easy multiple structure
alignments
* Added BASIC instructions for getting this to work with precompiled
PyMOL
(see wiki)
