Hi All, I am trying to set a slab on the protein surface from near plane. However this chops the second object, i.e. ligand that lies in the same slab. I wish to keep the ligand (object2) display intact while the slab operates only on the protein (object1).
I have tried the following options: clip slab, distance, object1 clip atoms, distance, object1 But this results in choping of object2. Is it possible to slab objects separately, even if they are in the same slab? Am I missing something? Thanks, Anil
