Hi everybody,
I would like to run a pylab script from pymol command line, to generate a 2d
plot of some properties, so that I can associate the values of the properties
to any frame of the trajectory.

If I just use the command 'run example.py' the script runs correctly, but of
course Pymol is waiting for the script to exit before performing any action.
How can I avoid this behaviour and have both the script and Pymol run at the
same time?
I suppose there is a very easy trick to do that, but I don't have any idea on
how to start...
Thanks,
Gianluca
