Hello- I have a enzyme-ligand co-structure that I would like to display with a surface representation of the ligand and something different, sticks or cartoon, for the protein. The problem comes when I try to surface the ligand, only the actual solvent exposed portion is shown, when I'd like to show the surface for the entire ligand. Is there a way to do this via atom selection? If not, what are the alternatives? Split up the PDB file?
