Dear all,I would like to add a number of arrows inside a picture connecting for example two atoms. I have some troubles because I did not find a CONE primitive to add at the end of a cylinder.
Is there any available code for doing that?
Moreover, I don't clearly understand how I can get the coordinates from a loaded structure. Can someone give me an example?
I apologize if I asked something obvious, I found some examples but they are not completely clear.
