Dear Pymol users,
We are trying to generate a movie in which we want to zoom on a ligand
starting from the whole protein structure. We cannot render the
intermediate images between the first and the last point of the zoom. We
are using the following commands:
mdo 1: zoom ///a/999, 2,0, complete=1, animate=50
followed by ray_trace_frames, 1
but this only renders the first image multiple times. The command works
successfully if the images aren't rendered.
Any suggestions will be appreciated,
